The new Parent Link server is up and operational. If you have not turned in a new form this year then you must fill one out from the form below and turn it into the correct office. If you have turned in a form, but have not received an email then please check with the office to make sure that they have the form. You may have to fill out another one if they do not have it.

One thing that you may want to check, if you do not see an email, is your junk mail folder. Some email clients may move the email into it.

Also, the first two characters of the password are always capitalized.


If you have not yet notified the school of your email address, but would like to have one added, or you did not receive emails for all of your children, or your email has changed, then please fill out the following form and return it to the office. Remember that you must turn this in to the office. It has to be approved there before anything gets done. Emails and forms not signed by someone in the office will be discarded.

If you have more than one child and received emails for some of them, please only include the ones that you did not receive an email for.

You will be able to open this form with Wordpad (Start->Program->Accessories->Wordpad) or about any other word processor. We would prefer for you to open this document up and type in the information that the form asks for, so that there are no clerical errors. You may then print out the form, sign it and return it to the office.


Updates to the server are done at 6:00PM each night by the web server. If you see a discrepancy in what Parent Link shows and something else that you have heard, then it is possible that the update has not been done yet. Give it a couple of days.


Please remember that the server may be down from time to time, do to network problems or maintenance. So if you are unable to access the information, please wait for a while (possibly up to a few days) and try again.


Problems and what to do:

1. You have received your user ID and password and have not been able to access the information for at least a week (Do not count weekends).

2. You have turned in a form to the office and it has been over two weeks, and you have not received an email with your username and password.


Please send an email and put "PARENT LINK:TROUBLE" without the quotes in the subject of your email (Emails without this subject heading will be disregarded). Please include your children's names, your email address that you supplied for these children and the trouble that you are having.
